Jamie Oliver dessert

I treated myself to dessert at Jamie's. peach and almond tart: flaky crust with light, moist almond mushy-cake atop a thin layer of raspberry. topped with sliced peaches and some frangipone (sweet almond) pastry cream. served warm and the whole thing drizzled with fresh honey. it was yummy.
