just what do you think arizona governor has to be so bitchy about? the fact that she never got a college degree? or the fact that her son was found "not guilty by reason of insanity" for the rape of a phoenix woman in 1989? or that he has served 21 years in a state mental hospital? or that his records were sealed (a very rare thing in maricopa county) just days before his mom took office as governor? or that his mom wants to cut funds to said institutions? or just the fact that she can't seem to put a coherent sentence together?
