volcano cookies

okay, if you're one of the 12 people in the country who didn't pack on some extra holiday pounds and are spending early january trying to work them off, perhaps you'll want to bake up a batch of Volcano Cookies.  they're pretty simple.  whip up a regular nestle's chocolate chip cookie dough recipe.  fill muffin tins half way up with the batter, plop down two miniature dove bar chocolates in and cover them with more cookie dough.  bake them up (approx. 12 minutes at 350" until the sides are browning) and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and some fudge sauce.  they LOOK yummo (but I'm not baking them anytime soon).
