peanut butter cheeseball

i always love cheeseballs.  my mom used to always make them at christmastime.  lots of sharp sharp cheddar and a touch of blue cheese.  wrapped in crushed nuts.  we'll here's a dessert cheeseball i saw made from (one of my favorite things) peanut butter!  it's a mixture of peanut butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar and vanilla.  rolled in chocolate and peanut butter chips.  scoop some up on some animal crackers or shortbread cookies.  it looks amazing.
