NYC is O-U-T

new york is getting a FAB-ulous new hotel for the gays called The Out.  in what some journalists are calling a "glorified bathouse - with bedrooms" will be a hot, young, all-male Latino staff aged 18-24.  Madonna would approve.  too bad she's not a gay man.  but then again... there will also be "discount" rooms where sexxxxy singles can room together.  5 bunks to a room with a communal shower.  sounds sudsy.  also, guests will be able to sign up for the Out Hotel app. which sounds like some sort of in-house Grindr to allow instant hook-ups for sessy times amongst the patrons.  i'm not sure if this all sounds cutting edge or totally cheesy or just down right "i need to take a shower after checking out".  regardless, recent graduates from marcus bachmann's midwestern clinic are already booking their stays, i'm sure.
