fashion wunderkind jason Wu won the Fashion Group International rising star award in 2008.  he's since provided divine duds for first lady michelle obama and other celebrities.  and now he's designed a line for Target.  kinda surprising. but kinda fun. so the rest of the country can affordably afford some of his beautiful, innovative fashions.
