athlete ally

the world of athletics knows a few "straight allies" of LGBT folks.  pro hockey player sean avery is one who comes to mind.  however, former collegiate wrestler (and now coach at columbia university) hudson taylor is a big one.  in fact, he's created a website athleteally.com which serves as "a resource to encourage athletes, coaches, parents, fans and other members of the sports community to respect all individuals involved in sports."  very cool.  and here's hudson prepping for nyc's annual "no pants subway ride" yesterday.
